5th Annual Reading Out Loud!

Venus Envy presents Reading OUT Loud, a celebration of GLBT literature. Join host Megan Butcher and other local famous and infamous queers as they read some of their favorite passages at the fifth annual Reading Out Loud. Readers this year include activist Shushan Araya, performer Mikki Bradshaw, writer and artist Rob Friday, and Sexual Overtones founder, Philana Dolin. Thursday, August 26th, doors 8pm Venus Envy, 320 Lisgar Street This is a free event but donations to the VE bursary fund are most welcome! Accessibility notes: There is a 2-inch rise at the front door, we have a ramp if you require it, the bathroom is not wheelchair accessible.
